Since 2010 we have:

  1. Acquired over 75 project sites with a combined investment value (GDV) of over £550m.
  2. Completed 50+ projects, returned equity and distributed over £80m of profit (21.2% IRR average over typical 3 year project term).
  3. Successfully secured planning permission for change of use/ to create mixed-use real estate value on over 50 separate sites.
  4. Secured planning approval to deliver over 400 new residential homes and flats.
  5. Established a growing portfolio of investment properties with over £100m real estate under management currently.
