PPR adds Massimo Dutti investment in Guildford, Surrey to High Street Fund

PPR has completed the freehold acquisition of the Massimo Dutti store on Guildford High Street. It is a prime building let to a strong covenant within the Zara Group and fits directly into our strategy of buying well-located assets with resilient income, underwritten by clear routes to value creation.
