PPR brings new Kido Nursery to Barnet High Street, London

PPR Estates has secured a long lease with Kido for a new children’s nursery at the former Jetline Travel offices on Barnet High Street. The vacant 8,000 square foot building is now being refitted by Kido and is expected to open in Spring 2026. Kido, which already operates more than twenty sites across London, selected Barnet as part of its continued growth.

This acquisition is exactly what the PPR Town Centre Fund is designed to do: take redundant space in strong town centres and convert it into long term, income producing use.
