PPR buys Thames riverside site for £55m re-generation project

PPR Estates (PPR) confirms the acquisition of Chivas House, Chancellors Wharf, London for £55m re-generation project. The prime Thames riverfront site benefits from stunning Hammersmith Bridge views and currently comprises over 34,000sq ft office space across four floors plus under croft parking, plant space and a large riverside courtyard.

Having been vacant since the Covid-19 Pandemic due to changing business requirements, the site is surrounded by residential property nowadays and no longer fit for purpose as offices. As re-generation specialists, PPR look forward to bringing it back into viable use in an environmentally and socially useful way.
