PPR Guildford High Street development on program for Spring 2025

PPR Estates (PPR) development team are making excellent progress in restoring and extending the Grade II Listed site above Joe & the Juice on Guildford High Street to create 5 high specification, new homes. The new roof extension will be completed by mid-November and the Apartments are on-program to be occupied in Spring 2025.

Joining the site team for the monthly project meeting, Nick Hopkinson, PPR Director commented: “It’s always exciting to see redundant spaces like this being regenerated to create new homes & come back into use. The sensitive regeneration of this listed building fits within PPR’s ESG vision. The new homes will also add to the vibrancy and viability of Guildford town centre. We can’t wait to see the finished project early next year.”

Our strategic aim is to repurpose vacant and under-utilised properties and create thriving mixed-use residential, retail, and commercial units whilst balancing Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) concerns through our hands on asset management and repurposing/ redevelopment approach.
