PPR to develop new “Academy of Early Education” in Leatherhead, Surrey
PPR Estates (PPR) is excited to announce the development of a new Day Nursery & Preschool for The Learning Experience Corporation (TLE) in Leatherhead, Surrey. The £5m project will convert a circa 10,000sq ft vacant office into an “Academy of Early Education” for up to 175 children due to open in early 2024. Fit-out works on the PPR owned site to meet the approved conversion plans will be starting before Easter 2023.
