We are delighted to announce that we have secured planning permission on appeal for our mixed use resi/retail scheme at 44-46 High Road Wood Green. Haringey abandoned 2 grounds of appeal leaving design quality as the only issue. The Inspector agreed that the design was high quality.
The site forms part of the Wood Green Area Action Plan and is the former Marks & Spencer building. Our scheme will deliver much needed new homes and improved retail space to the area helping to regenerate the wider site which is currently disjointed and unloved post-war retail buildings.
The Project consists of 121 residential units above two large retail units. The apartment elements are set-back from both street frontages and focus around a central communal courtyard.
