PPR invests in Chichester City Centre

PPR Estates (PPR) confirms the addition of a prime portfolio of stores and offices in Chichester East Gate to our High Street Investment Fund. The site, comprising 5 retail shops (including a Co-op supermarket and Cotswold Outdoor Store), over 12,000sq ft of occupied offices and substantial underground parking represents an anchor investment in Chichester town centre.
