PPR announces new Joe & The Juice store in Guildford

PPR Estates (PPR) is pleased to announce Joe & The Juice is coming to Guildford High Street soon. This new lease investment by the fast-growing chain in the former Gap space underpins the resilience of town centres like Guildford.

Our regeneration mission

PPR has considerable further funds to invest in similar site acquisitions this year and beyond. Recent additions to the PPR town centre redevelopment portfolio include Winchester, as well as multiple development sites across a range of town centres including Chichester, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Tunbridge Wells, Lewisham, Bromley and Oxsted within the last year.
