PPR adds Kingston upon Thames retail parade to High Street Fund

PPR Estates (PPR) is excited to announce the addition of a parade of 7 shops with offices and flats above on Fife Street, Kingston upon Thames to our investment portfolio. Key tenants include Headmasters hairdresser’s and locally iconic fashion retailer Natterjacks. The acquisition also includes over 20,000 sq. ft of currently empty offices with re-generation potential.
