PPR announces Prospero Lounge open in Stratford-upon-Avon

PPR Estates (PPR) is pleased to welcome Prospero Lounge to our Bridge Street, Stratford-upon-Avon site. This new lease investment by the fast-growing restaurant/ bar chain has taken approximately 6,000 sq ft of the former Laura Ashley store – creating circa 25 new jobs & helping re-generate the town centre. The vacant uppers are also being re-purposed to meet much needed local housing requirements.

We are proud that our long term faith in town centres like this is paying off after the Pandemic & are grateful to the town planners for supporting our vision for this site after the Laura Ashley shop closed in 2020. We are also working on several other similar sites and will be announcing further new leases and acquisitions shortly”.

Our regeneration mission

PPR has considerable further funds to invest in similar site acquisitions this year and beyond.
