PPR buys Watford centre shops

PPR Estates (PPR) is pleased to confirm the acquisition of five more retail shops in The Parade, Watford to add to our town centre portfolio. Located at the busy heart of Watford’s High Street Pedestrian zone, this addition of over 10,000 sq ft of prime Class E space will contribute further value to the fund.

Jon Caplan, PPR’s MD added “Watford is a key shopping, leisure and commercial centre inside the M25 that performed well in our strategic town centre data rankings. We are pleased to welcome Pret, Shoezone and the other tenants in The Parade to our portfolio.”
