PPR invests in Chelmsford town centre

PPR Estates (PPR) announces the addition of a prime portfolio of shops and offices in Chelmsford to our High Street Investment Fund. The freehold site, comprising over 19,000 sq ft of retail, ancillary commercial and office space includes five prime retail shops at ground floor – Waterstones Bookshop and the locally famous Charles Fish jewellers being the anchor tenants.
