PPR secures planning for 9 mews houses in Enfield, North London
June 2022
PPR Estates (PPR) is pleased to announce that it received planning approval to construct 9 new houses on an underused brownfield industrial site in Edmonton, London Borough of Enfield.
The scheme will deliver a mix of three and four-bedroom family homes with private gardens, off-street parking and shared landscaped areas. The much-needed 9 mews houses will be highly sustainable; substantially reducing the built footprint at the site to increase the amount of private and shared green space. The houses are sensitively designed to be in keeping with the local suburban character and improve the local aesthetic.
Jon Caplan, MD of PPR, added, “We are pleased to receive planning approval for this highly sustainable, brownfield development after working closely with Enfield Council’s planning team, who adopted a refreshingly pragmatic approach. We look forward to delivering 9 new family homes with great amenity space and excellent environmental credentials. This site epitomises our environmentally and socially sensitive regeneration work across London and the South East.”
