PPR announces “Academy of Early Education” open in Leatherhead, Surrey

PPR Estates (PPR) is pleased to confirm that The Learning Experience (TLE Corp) have taken occupation of our site in Leatherhead Surrey following the completion of a £2.5m nursery re-fit to the former office building. TLE have taken a 20-year lease and will be offering an unrivalled play space and early learning environment to local children when they open in January.

Jon Caplan, PPR MD commented: “We are delighted to add this best-in-class children’s nursery facility to our existing education portfolio. TLE have already obtained the necessary OFSTED approvals and will be providing much needed early education for up to 175 local children from January 2024 in Leatherhead. We are proud to have delivered this fitted-out site to TLE on time and within budget – congratulations to all involved! We are already working with TLE on other sites which will be announced soon.”
