PPR announces Mountain Warehouse open in Haymarket, Norwich

PPR Estates (PPR) is excited to welcome Mountain Warehouse to our, Haymarket, Norwich site. The fast-growing outdoor gear retailer has taken 15,000sq ft retail space formerly owned by Top Shop – creating circa 20 new jobs & re-invigorating the Haymarket part of Norwich City centre. The vacant uppers are also being repurposed to meet much needed local housing requirements.

Jon Caplan, MD of PPR comments: ‘This prime space will allow Mountain Warehouse to display a full range for their customers and benefit from the high footfall on Haymarket with a 20-year Lease agreed. The site was the subject of a competitive bidding process including several major brands; underpinning PPR’s strategy of investing in carefully selected, prime retail locations like this across multiple city centres. We also look forward to creating some much-needed homes from the redundant offices above the new store next year as the next phase of our Norwich investment.”
