PPR Estates confirms £9m+ Tunbridge Wells development approval

PPR Estates (PPR) is pleased to confirm planning approval for the £9m+ redevelopment of the historic Carriage House building in Royal Tunbridge Wells has been granted by the local Council. The scheme will create 14 high specification apartments within the Grade II Listed building. The designs include protecting Listed features of the character building, amazing roof terraces for the penthouses, private balconies and secure underground parking.
Jon Caplan, PPR’s MD added “We are excited to be re-generating this historic building with our approved plans to create 14 quality, lateral apartments. The Carriage House’s long history will be protected through our plans – restoring this local landmark building. Bringing this brownfield site back into productive use will also contribute towards local housing needs. This project fits within our ESG and urban regeneration mission.”
